I had a very positive experience with Clima Design Technologies. We had a wall-mounted AC unit with a leaking issue. A technician had previously been dispatched, but the problem was not resolved. After contacting Clima Design Technologies, they were able to schedule a visit within just a couple of days, and their team quickly identified and efficiently resolved the issue. When my new Innova AC 2.0 was installed, Imad and his assistant, Awus, were efficient, professional, and polite. Kostas also provided helpful information and additional support throughout the process. A special thank you to Anu, who was especially caring, attentive, and incredibly helpful—her customer service was outstanding and made the entire experience even better.
