Dec 2025 -- Raising rates 3rd year in a row. Go figure. Dec 2024 - Raising the rates again a second year in a row just like they do about every year. Worst water and service in the county. Even flagged by the Environmental Working Group (EWG) as the worst water quality. The people governing this board only care about profits.
I'm only giving a one star review becuase the lady in the office was extremely rude to me. I tried to call on Veterans day to see if they were open and got the whole "Our office is closed.." I hung up. I meant to call them yesterday but simply forget and stated this on the phone and that I'd like to pay my bill today. She went in right away telling me that no there wasnt and that her and the ladies were in the office all day, and stated again that there wasnt a message they said that. She repeated that twice. We have 2 properties with Clifton Water District. The accounts are easy to set up and the few times I've called Customer Service, they have been quick to answer, friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive.
If i could give them negative starts for thier customer service and the way they handle you trying to sell your home i would. Some one needs to legally destroy them and their policy
