The worst water company in the valley. I would move just to be with a different water supplier.
Clifton Water recently decided to “upgrade” their automatic payment system - because apparently, chaos builds character. But instead of doing the normal, reasonable thing like calling customers or sending a clear written notice, they went with the bold strategy of emailing only Auto Pay users after the change had already caused them to miss a payment. Terrible customer service
Rene is the rudest employee there, I sat and overheard the conversation my daughter had was appalled at the way she was talking to my daughter.
Rene was absolutely no help. She was so rude and not a customer service girl. She should not work with people. I’ve gone through yall for 5 years and never have had such a rude person.
