Terrible customer service
Rene is the rudest employee there, I sat and overheard the conversation my daughter had was appalled at the way she was talking to my daughter.
Rene was absolutely no help. She was so rude and not a customer service girl. She should not work with people. I’ve gone through yall for 5 years and never have had such a rude person.
Clifton water is getting out of hand. It smells like they put way too much disinfectant in the water not to mention it cost almost 7 dollars to make a phone payment! How can you even charge that much money for $35 bill wish I could go somewhere else for my water, but of course they’ve got Monopoly in the area.
The water tastes bad and I used less water on this billing cycle than last but my bill went up.
