This hospital saved my life,99 percent of staff was,great.no staff is perfect.they saved my life,too hear some speak bad,not true,you have too live there too know the truth.awesome people.tough job.

My father has had a psychotic breakdown and his housed here on 2 south and there is a charge nurse (Lucy) on his tier, who is so kind and you can tell she truly cares about the patients but is still firm with the rules

My father has had a psychotic breakdown and his housed here on 2 south and there is a charge nurse (Lucy) on his tier who is abusing her power, verbally abusing patients and falsifing documents, We are actively building a case against this facility mistreating mental health patients.

At CLIFTON T PERKINS STATE HOSPITAL PRISON in JESSUP MARYLAND, I had an inmate friend named LUTHER ALLEN. A Nurse hit him mouth requiring plastic surgery at UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND HOSPITAL in BALTIMORE. It is against CRIMINAL UNITED STATES LAW and the INTERNATIONAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS to deny someone IMMEDIATE and ADEQUATE TREATMENT FOR SERIOUS MEDICAL NEEDS.
