SLUMLORDS!!!! Do not move in to Clifton Royal! I lived here for a year. My sink leaked all year my apartment floor was slanted, only 2 prong outlets none of which were grounded I'm lucky I didn't lose my electronics due to shortages. These buildings aren't even legal to live in oh and did I mention my building was INFESTED with RATS! When the leasing office with it's ever revolving door of staff that work 3 days a week were told about the rats. NOTHING WAS DONE... Tenants were on their own. Please do not trust this company or the light skin lady in the office Ms Carla they are tooo high for one and scammers. Iam a former tenant. I have been waiting on these people to send me my deposit refund for a month already and I still yet have received my money back. Today I went ahead and filed for a lawsuit against the apartment for failing to give me my money in 30 days by law in Ga a landlord has 30 days to give me money back which they failed to do so .
