I'm a new patient here of HVA Medical Group that is, and I'm not returning due to the incompetence of the front desk staff. I have the impression that this office does not think Asthma is serious and that is a problem for patients who suffer from it. If your in Passaic -Essex county, your better off at any High Mountain Health location.

Came here for urgent care. Staff is very nice but I would not come for urgent care. They basically treated me as a new patient for their PCP rather than an urgent care visit. Had to fill out tons of paper work with medical history. This is just for an ear infection. Beer waiting to be seen for over an hour now. Seems like a good practice but I would go elsewhere for urgent care visits.

I use to love coming here when the old owners owned it. One day I came in with a bad sore throat and the girl that sits in the front that is light skin and is always with a bun was so rude. She was like "well, you are gonna have to wait because you don't have an appointment ." She didn't ask for my name she just said, sign here and have a sit because we are busy and you are going to wait a long time. I was like wow! how long? and she answered me a couple of hours.
