Good experience with everything that’s online but they NEVERRRR answer their phone. Communication is terrible.
Once approved and ready to move in, the same day, they call me a couple of hours earlier requesting more and more documentation. Finally, thet did not answer calls, therefore, after being in person, with my stuff to move in the car, they told mental can not be approved cause my bank (Banco Popular de PR) was from Puerto Rico and it was not a trustly institution.?????
Candace was a fantastic tour guide! She’s very knowledgeable about the property and made sure to make us feel at home.
Candace was incredibly knowledgable about the property and answered every question I had. We braved the cold for the tour and she was so kind throughout the experience and made it very welcoming!
