lol this place is a joke. The pool is closed during the hottest week of the year projected to get up to 100 degrees. They said due to chemical issues, why was this not checked before the projected heat wave to ensure this would be available for residents. They suck at communication, when I first moved in my fridge didn’t work so they obviously didn’t check it, my bathtub didn’t drain so it stopped up to my ankles obviously didn’t check that either, the blind ripped off the first time we touched it, and now the pool is closed... read more
I have lived in at Palmer House, one of the two properties in the community, for 10 years. I have been wanting to downsize and have investigated other options. But I have decided to stay within the community, and have chosen Clifton Park. Morgan Properties takes such great care of the community. The maintenance team is fast and friendly. The amenities are great. The Amazon Hub for package delivery is an asset I could not see doing without. And Cheyenne, the Assistant Property Manger, is another great asset to the community. ... read more
They don’t allow partial payments on the app so for roommates it makes it difficult to pay rent (which is doesn’t say that’s required anywhere in the lease). Went to get a cashiers check for rent and came to drop it off and both offices are closed at 133pm on a Tuesday. The office has been closed all but 2 times I have ever tried to go there in person. No one ever answers the phone, no one ever in the office, this company is a ghost company. If you’re looking for direct communication, don’t look here.
