We bought our house 5 years ago and Clifton Lane had replaced the roof just before the purchase. Less than a year afterwards, the shingles started to slip and we had to have them out to repair the problem. A year after that, they were slipping again in the same place and we had to have them out yet again. Less than a year later, same problem in the same spot. MY 72 YEAR OLD FATHER CANCLED A DOCTORS APPONTMENT SO THEY CAN COME OUT AND FIX A MAJOR ISSUE FROM THIER INSTALL. NO ONE SHOWED AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND. THIS WAS THE 3RD TIME THEY NO SHOWED BUT "PROMISED" IT WOULD HAPPEN THIS TIME. THEY DO SHOTTY WORK AND DONT FOLLOW UP WITH YOU. HAD A SECOND COMPANY COME LOOK AND SOME OF THE NAILS WERE NOT AN INCH INSIDE THE SHINGELS AND THE SHINGELS WERE RIPPING AND JUST SLIDING OFF THE ROOF. I totally agree with the 1 bad review for this company. Had the same problems with them and much more. The 5 star reviews are probably family & friends as that was not my experience at all. It was not a pleasure doing business with them. I posted my 1st review a couple years ago but I see it is not on here. Hmmm! I give them 1 star cause I have to in order to post.

Absolute terrible response time for warranty work. Had to contact BBB on 2 separate occasions just to get them to come back and repair the same leak. Now I have a third leak in the same place. Do not use this company!
