Awful appraisers!!! They completed 2 appraisals on a home we were purchasing and the home we are selling. The appraisal information was mixed up between the 2 homes. The lender had to request a revaluation due to discrepancies! End result one house in poor condition being valued at a much higher amount, and house with new renovations being devalued. We hired a new appraisal and didn’t tell the new appraiser the details from the Clifton appraisal. The appraisal came in at 125% the previous appraisal. $400k to $530k.
If I could give zero stars I would, he doesn't have a clue what he is doing..stay far away from this guy....
Beware - These people have no idea what they are doing. They stated the first appraisal, builder, and county records are all wrong concerning our house square footage. Then they appraised our house $10 less per square foot compared to comparable sales in the same subdivision. They do not return calls and then the owner got mad when we were given his cell phone by the office. Do not recommend!
I needed an appraisal done for a refinance, they came out the same day it was requested . Very professional and respectful. Would recommend to anyone.
