I been going there for years and honesty staff ( especially front desk and the optician glass salespersons are very rude and unprofessional ) I am guessing the front desk supervisor has a very rude and nasty way to talk to patients as they aren’t happy to be there . They are more into eating and paying attention to their phones than with patients . When was time to check out and go get their yearly free glasses the lady right away told me is a $ 100 copay without showing me nothing or explaining w the change in my insurance ... read more
So slow. Taking on too much maybe. They only have Hispanic people working there. Is this a coincidence 🤔🤔?
Very bad service. You always have to wait a minimum of hour and half to be called in. Disaster service.
Worst optical ever, just get your prescription and go somewhere else
