sunny corporate atmosphere masks some problems I would not recommend this apartment complex. The manager is less than pleasant or fair. Unfortunately, this is at the expense of the tenant. When personal opinions come into play in legal threats and preceedings, it is unacceptable. When a situation, monetarily, is deemed acceptable, and eviction is then threatened, on that basis, then it is flat out wrong. On lesser issues, the manager behaves similarly.
Student housing These apartments are in close proximity to UC so it makes it very convenient to walk, bike or drive to campus. HOwever in the winter it's a little too far to walk, and you have to go uphill on the way there which doesn't make it fun. The parking lots are also often on hills, so when it snows get ready! Overall though the service is very friendly and someone at the office is always there to help. Rent is also average, and you do get a pool in the summer that's in decent shape.
