This happened a month or two ago so I’ve since gotten over it, but I recorded this on my phone the day I went there and I feel like I should share: The man behind the counter made me wait for ten minutes while he was having a personal conversation before even acknowledging that I was standing there. Rather sad customer service, in fact the guy was rude.
