I only wish they offered emergency after hour services. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible.

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Would you recommend this animal hospital to others? I Already Have Did this veterinarian fully explain your pet's condition? Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available. Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
