Do not move here for 100 reasons, but the top reasons are poor management. Here is a list of things we personally dealt with while living at cliffside apartments. 1.Take your obvious reasons like mold and serious cockroach issues, and persistent gun shots either in the trailer park or our apartment complex. (You learn to look at the clock and count how many shots in case questioned by the police) 2. Another serious problem was all of the stairs and balconies wood are completely untreated, rotted through, rusted, and unsafe. ... read more
I absolutely love these apartments very clean, and spacious. Samantha was very friendly and nice !
Lived here for a year it's a nice place and affordable. They keep it clean and are helpful if you need anything. I definitely recommend living here
I went into their parking lot to make a delivery. I could get in because "THE CODE WAS ON THE GATE" But then I could not get out. Neither entrance would open to let me out. I was terrified!!!! I called the office for help I was transferred to maintenance, then maintenance told me it wasn't my business and I didn't live there so have a nice day and they hung up on me!!!!! 🤣
