Do NOT hire this company. Ken the owner does not care about his customers and is very rude in communication. Promises great customer service at time of install and then acts like servicing and warranty his faulty products is a chore. He installed new equipment for us and it had issues right off the bat. He hooked it up incorrectly and the rep came out and told him that, he ended up frying out our pump and board because of his electrical wiring issues. Poor customer service at its finest. Delayed two weeks putting in our pool liner this summer with not a single update from Ken. I had to keep calling every 3-4 days asking when they were coming to install the liner, and received nothing but excuses and “Maybe’s”on new installation date. Very Poor communication skills. Ken Asked 10 times within a 5 minute period for a deposit check at first meeting while putting together a quote. Leaves bills in the mailbox instead of properly sending through post office. Very satisfied with the service received. Got to my home within a week and did an outstanding job cleaning my in-ground pool.
