Poor customer service at its finest. Delayed two weeks putting in our pool liner this summer with not a single update from Ken. I had to keep calling every 3-4 days asking when they were coming to install the liner, and received nothing but excuses and “Maybe’s”on new installation date. Very Poor communication skills. Ken Asked 10 times within a 5 minute period for a deposit check at first meeting while putting together a quote. Leaves bills in the mailbox instead of properly sending through post office. Very satisfied with the service received. Got to my home within a week and did an outstanding job cleaning my in-ground pool.
Spoke to Mike on the phone and said they would be out the following week. Never heard from him again, wouldn't answer my calls or texts. Really weird business model.
