Jared, my tow truck driver, was extremely helpful and quickly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle on the spot. The dispatch team at Cliff’s Towing also went above and beyond to deliver my vehicle to the location I requested at a time that worked best for me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and trustworthy towing service.
Awesome service fast and reliable
Horrible communication , horrible customer service. Just all around horrible. I see why their ratings are so low. If you need service from AAA I’d request anyone but these people. Had AAA refer them for a tow twice and both times the driver (Jason) was hostile, swearing and yelling at my family and I. First time they didn’t tow because no one was present upon pick up and if they returned to tow later that day (when a member was present) it’d be an extra fee. Okay no big deal. This company is unprofessional, rude and unhospitable. DO NOT allow AAA to refer you to use them! Jason (our choosen tow driver) yelled and belittled my poor family refusing to tow our vehicle. Whatever the matter may be, you do not speak to people like that. Literally yelling at us. Disgusting business practice. Again, stay away from these people. The reviews speak for themselves.
