I would not stay at this hotel again. On the first night, our room’s bathroom was dirty and there were bugs in the bed. We went to the front desk to request another room, but the second room we were given still had other guests’ belongings in it, so we had to be moved a third time. This was very surprising given the hotel’s price point. We were also charged incorrectly at check-in, and at checkout there was an unexpected $77 added to our bill that had not been disclosed beforehand. We had a wonderful stay at the Cliffrose Hilton in Springdale and would absolutely recommend it. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and what truly set this hotel apart was the complimentary shuttle service. Every morning and evening, the staff happily drove us to restaurants, bike rentals, and other spots around town, which made getting around effortless and stress-free. The room itself was comfortable. I had a great stay here. The location, grounds, and views are all amazing! The customer service beyond exceeded my expectations. Carlos and Rafael were very friendly and super helpful with a few requests that I had during my stay. I would certainly suggest Cliffrose for your accommodations during your visit to Zion.
Tastefully remodeled, clean & comfortable. Stayed in the river view corner suite. Spacious room, nice lounging area, deck w dining & seating area, dry bar w fridge, coffemaker, micro. Comfy bed & pillows. Pool & hot tub, play structure for kids, river access, day spa & fire pit.
