Clifford's is casual dinning at it's best. Place your order at the counter and our staff will bring your drink and food out to you. You can choose to eat inside or out on our waterfront covered deck, and of course take outs are always welcome. Our first time eating at Clifford’s Restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious 😋 and our service was great! Can’t wait to go back! We enjoyed sitting outside with a great view of the beautiful lake.
Can't believe the Clifford's season is almost over. The food is always so good. If you order the chicken strip salad you'll be eating on it for a couple of days because the portions are so big. The fried pickles and fried green tomatoes are sooo good! I never get tired of the view. The service is great. The servers I had, Nikki and Destiny were so sweet. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone. It's Elberton's #1 restaurant by far.
Rob & Chris are amazing in the kitchen! And the waitresses, nikki, destiny, & robbie are the sweetest most welcoming people I've ever seen or met! Highly recommend!
My catfish filet was cold in the center. The cocktail sauce was still frozen. My wife's fried shrimp was 80% breading and no taste at all. This place use to be a great place to eat years ago. We will never go back. We ordered fried green tomatoes as an appetizer and they must have been from a frozen package. They were terrible. We do not recommend this restaurant at all. The service was great. The food- terrible.

We are sorry you had a bad experience, we should have closed the day you came but instead we used an inexperienced person at the fryer. Being so far our it really hurts when employees don't show up in the kitchen. We do nor have frozen green tomatoes, I don't know what happened, again I am sorry for your bad food, had you told your server we could have fixed it or nor charged you.

Service was great, food was very good. Mac & cheese wasn't to my liking but that could be just me. Only took a few minutes to get our food. Very satisfied, the wife and I will be back.
My sisters and I were at Clifford's Restaurant Saturday evening and we all enjoyed our meal. I had grilled shrimp with hush puppies, sweet potato fries and green beans. It was so good! I love grilled shrimp and they have the best hush puppies! I highly recommend trying them out.😋
