Rude, very poor servce. They never smile or greet you, just look blankly at you. I don't think they really want any business with that attitude. In a very bad area, among abandoned delapidated offices. Told they would be keeping my lawnmower for 2 weeks, then calling and telling me what was wrong with it. I was actually afraid not to leave it. I will definitely send an update about my experience when I go to pick up the mower.
