Cliff and his team were very responsive to our inquiry and communicated very well. They set expectations properly, and by the end of the service, everything came out accurate. During the cleaning Cliff walked me through everything he was doing which was extremely helpful. The issue that we reached out about has been resolved and we couldn't be happier. 12/10 would recommend based on Cliff's long time experience, deep knowledge and ability to execute!
Working with Clifford & Elizabeth to get the old grime and pet urine out of my beloved area rug, so I was comfortable laying it in my new apartment was easy and enjoyable. The pricing was much better than the high prices others were quoting. Clifford and Preston did a fantastic job on our carpet! We had some pet stains and high traffic areas that needed special attention and you can’t even see where they were! The inquiry started with a lengthy conversation with Elizabeth on the phone. Elizabeth and Clifford were so fast to respond to our sudden need for carpet cleaning. Clifford was able to repair carpet that had been damaged and then cleaned our entire basement and stair carpet so well and so efficiently. Very pleasant, professional--a wonderful, local business!
