Mr. Nkeyasen mishandled my case from the beginning and then he took 2/3 of the very disappointing settlement.
The customer service / intake personnel answers calls with a sassy attitude while also exhibiting bare minimum knowledge of basic details and asking repetitive questions that show she wasn't mentally processing what was already said. I imagine Mr. Clifford is probably great but I guess we'll never know since the personnel who is supposed to be the first representative for this firm is more interested in being unnecessarily sassy at her place of work, a law firm. I hope the team is able to do better.
Insurance company wrongfully delayed my claim for over half a year (~7-8 months) and only began paying out my policy after Cliff got involved. One of, if not my biggest, mistake and regret is not acquiring Cliff's services and expertise after that first month when the insurance company began violating state law/policy.
