Dr Gladstone was not rushed, I had many questions and it was a very informative two way conversation. He anticipated concerns and took the time to make sure I understood while also providing perspective on what I could anticipate. While I understood that there could be challenges moving forward I also felt positive that those challenges were not insurmountable. I left feeling like I was experience excellent care.
