Owner has a bad attitude. Rude and kept my part. Then tells me I should have called his cell. I don't know you. Why would I have had his cell. Unprofessional, disorganized and I still ended up with the wrong part. There are other places to do business. I'll take my money elsewhere. I suggest everyone do the same.

Being a girl it is intimidating to walk into a mortorcycle shop with questions or problems to begin with. After winter my grom would not start so I called Clifford Cycles to see what they could do. I spoke with Jim he was very nice and personable. I made an appointment and dropped my bike off. 3 days later I picked up with no complaints. Oil change,chain adjusted, new battery, and tune up. I am very happy I chose to deal with Clifford cycles.
