I went to see Dr. Chu regarding an ear issue. My first visit to the office, I waited an hour. Granted, there was a plaque saying that he was an hour behind. I decided to stay because it was my first visit and I needed answers regarding my ear. I was still taken back to a room and waited there for an hour. When it was my time to see Dr. Chu, I was asked to move to a DIFFERENT room, where he was then waiting for me.
