I’ve never waited longer for a doctor. You wait around for about an hour and he magically pops in like he didn’t waste your time. My time is important as well doc! Not everyone has all day to wait for you. We set appointments for a reason. You have no respect for your patients time. I’ve went to Dr. Chu a few times. His staff refused to take payments at the window for my $20 deductible. They said I would receive a bill In the mail. I never received a bill. Instead they just sent me to collections! Went to see Dr Chu for a possible thyroid issue, He reviewed all test and bloodwork, gave me a thorough exam said there was no problem, Dr Chu, very professional, thorough and understanding explained everything in language I could understand, he put my mind at ease,Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone
I met with Dr. Chu for the first time last week. He was very informative and helped me to understand my situation and options. I would highly recommend Dr. Chu and his entire staff.
I appreciate Dr. Chu working to resolve my post nasal drip issues. He’s very thorough. However, most of the time he stands at the computer and doesn’t have eye contact with me. I’m concerned of all the medication he’s prescribing without an understandable explanation of why they’re being prescribed, how to take them and possible side effects.
