Cliff and Val guided us on both the purchase of a new home and the sale of an existing home. Throughout the process, they were very good at keeping us on an ‘even keel’. Cliff excels at negotiation and communication from start to finish. He also keeps a positive and realistic attitude during the whole experience. We definitely recommend Cliff and Val to others and would choose them again for our real estate business.
This is what Cliff and Steve Summers of Realty Executives consider acceptable condition for sellers to leave their property in after they've "made it right." I am in the process of filing a complaint with the MREC. No I would not recommend using them.
