Office staff (Araceli) is extremely unprofessional and truly a miserable human being. Her husband is head of maintenance and handles the property like she beats him for every penny he spends. They “repair” leaks and problems in the wall and cover it up with cardboard and paint the cardboard white! The wall in my restroom looks like it is melting from the unfixed leak from the apartment above. Fixtures rust and break off but don’t get replace.
