Our condominiums association was in dire need of testing for our exterior surface and struggling to find a vendor capable, our own insurance company could not make a recommendation to assist us. Purchased a Stucco home in St Charles. Big concern was making sure there was no moisture behind the Stucco that couldn’t be seen. The house had a couple repairs done so I used Kapson for piece of mind. The inspection was done timely with a very quick turnaround on the report.
