Landlord is hard to reach, slow to respond. Had the same issue in my apartment “repaired” 3 times. Never was a good fix Took the Landlord Tracey MONTHS to give back my security deposit. Ignored my texts, calls and emails. Had to send in paperwork explaining my intent to sue and how filing was in process. Had to fight just to get it back. Very shady
I had to edit my review from my last five star review when the old property manager was there and the old owners owned the property. Though it is getting better than it was I still like living here and it is still much better than the last place I lived. I will start with the cons and end with the pros. Cons: 1.
