I pay $645/ month, all bills paid... That alone is great. It's right off of ASU campus, which provides a much cheaper option that living in dorms. Maintenance is fast and does a good job. My sink was having issues and they replaced it for free right away. You save a lot of money, especially college students, because of the services provided and cheap rent. Even if the customer service wasn't fast or top-notch it's still worth living here because the rent is very reasonable! I'd recommend living here if you're struggling fina... read more

Although the price is amazing, especially for living so close to ASU campus with all utilities included in monthly rent, there are a few things that are unjustifiable no matter how much the rent costs. First, the worst thing about living here is the staff and owner. They are quick to get a job done, usually, but it's never a permanent solution. The office is said to be open from 9am to 5pm on weekdays, but the owner leaves early, which is strange. The owner doesn't do much for most of the day, but the second you inconvenienc... read more
