In my experience, many young adults early in their careers seem to just go through the motions without giving much thought to the overall customer experience. Great atmosphere! Stayed all day
Very cool facility, people are very nice, didnt realize that the Cafe on the website thats upstairs is no longer in use, was sorta looking forward to a post climbing beer(now they sell other drinks [gatorade, energy drinks] downstairs behind the front desk). Be advised even if someone is just coming to watch you climb they also have to fill out a waiver. Asked for a day pass and shoes, I was given a day pass, shoes and harness. Told them i didn't want the harness since I intended to boulder. Told me it was included. Learned before i left they charged me the Daypass with shoes and harness (30 bucks) , instead of the daypass and shoes (22+4, 26 bucks). Asked for a refund since i didnt ask for, told them since the beginning I didnt want it, and was still chaged for it. Didn't get the refund.
