Hugely disappointed...terrible customer service and communications, customers are not a priority at all. Chose this company based on Next Door reviews. Called Thurs afternoon as my AC needed to be replaced. (not fixed - REPLACED, as leaking freon from coils - getting quotes) The person who answered phone told me that no one could get back to me (call) until the next day. Every time I have called them for service they have showed up in a short amount of time, diagnosed the problem and had my a/c up and running again at a very reasonable price. Couldn’t ask for better. I highly recommend them.

Over a decade of outstanding service! Years ago Clif Betts repaired an A/C that others were trying to make me replace, and bought me 4 more years with that unit. Just moments ago, they came to the house within 2 hours of my first phone call, and - despite the unit sounding like someone had thrown gravel in a blender - replaced one busted wire and fixed it. YOU CAN'T DO BETTER THAN CLIF BETTS.
