Received a call from them yesterday 2/18/21 asking for attorney information when I asked why they said something about a pay day loan. When I asked the date the loan was supposedly taken out they can't tell but she could tell me that it was put into collection in 2013 and a letter was sent out in 2014 but she couldn't tell me the amount of the supposed loan and then she said good luck and hung up.

This company sent an email a few days ago to an email address that is not private. This is the first communication that I've had from them. It listed another company and half of an account number. The email had a noreply return email address but it made sure to give me a website to "make a payment". What kind of company does this type of business, if it is legitimate.

This company calls me weekly on my cell phone and originally asked for a person that I do not know. I advised of this and they indicated they would remove my number from their list. Now they continue to call and hang-up immediately when I answer. I finally started blocking their numbers but then they change the last two digits and call again from newly modified numbers. The numbers always show up as Client Services Inc.

They called and threatened my mother about a civil suit for **** * *****, 45 years old. They're apparently phishing everyone with the same last name. Kept calling them back until they blocked my number. I reported them to the consumer financial protection bureau.

This company called me and asked for personal information without telling me why. In the world of identity theft we live in, your practice is Ludacris. To everyone who needs help, download Numbo if you want to permanently get rid of these idiots. It automatically sends numbers that aren’t in your contact list to voicemail and also automatically blocks unknown and blocked numbers. The best $30 I’ve ever spent.....
The representative I have spoken with was extremely rude, a very poor taste in communication at that. This company is not willing to work with debtors that has simply falling on hard times and come up with a reasonable payment plan to realistically fit with your budget. This company has continued to harrass me for several months now for a debt I do not owe, they are rude threatening and very violent, why is it that no one is doing anything to stop these scammers. This type of behavior is against the law and a violation of the far credit act. Something needs to be done.
My husband and I were contacted by Client Services Inc asking for a settlement payment on an outstanding debt that was had paid off in 2013. The file number was 462507. They did not identify themselves or the name of their company to my husband (who holds the debt). They told him he was going to be served a judgement and the only way he could dispute the debt was to appear in court. I have dealt with a ******* ***** the entire time I have been in contact with this company. The last few times we have communicated she has be extremely rude not listening to anything I’ve had to say. The last time we communicated she got an attitude and incredibly rude wth me when I was trying to explain anything to her. She then proceeded to get even ruder with me and hung up on me before I could say anything further. I felt very disrespected.
