This company must think harassment is a business strategy, because thats all they do. They call me multiple times a day from different numbers, like Im not going to notice. Newsflash: I do. They keep calling me multiple times daily on different numbers after I told them I didn't warn to speak with them. When I block the calls, they use a different number!A very unhappy person!!!
I am astounded to the point of my eyes popping out, that BBB dares to assign an A+ rating to this so-called "business" an A+ rating after receiving one hundred percent negative reviews of this shyster, fraudulent c*** of an entity presumably just because they pay a few bucks in membership fees. They call repeatedly and threaten to come to your house. They are bill collectors they are rude and simply call you trying to make you afraid by saying they will contact your employer. Whelp Im self employed so good luck with that! Total idiots in a call center. Dont pay them anything they are rude and dont seem to like it when you return the favor.
Called multiple times day and night for the past weeks about some bogus account in collections. When I asked which account, they wouldn't provide any details and then got nasty with me and hung up.Disgusting business and nasty people.
This company called me on my cell phone, asking for my sister who died seven years ago, and never shared a phone number with me. When I asked how they got my number and/or what kind of business they, they refused to explain why they were calling the bereaved family member of a deceased person. Disgusting!
This company calls me 5 times a day 7 days a week. When I do not say "YES" to their question of my name they get nasty. They will not tell me what their company does nor will they tell me how they got my phone number.I have told them never to call me again as I have no idea who they are, what they do, or how they got my name and phone number. My next step is to call the FCC, FTC, and my local police to file harassment charges against them. As far as I am concerned they deserve negative 100,000 stars.
They have been calling me every day for the last couple weeks from the same local phone number requesting I give them personal identifying information without telling me who they are or what theyre calling for. They simply repeat their business name and refuse to tell me what kind of business they handle. I have no debt or collections with anyone so I can only assume that they are a scam and I am reporting them to the local police.
Today 3/1/2022 I contacted Client Services Inc. 7 times. The first few times I called, I explained that I was trying to pay my debt that they were servicing on behalf of another company. The first 4 times I called, they insisted transferring me to a different department and the call went to an unidentified voicemail or just disconnected entirely.
