Awful management, they do not care about the safety of their tenants at all. If you are considering purchasing or renting a property that uses Client Preferences as an HOA or landlord, STRONGLY CONSIDER ANOTHER PROPERTY. Price gougers who give less than the bare minimum. Do not respond in a timely manner.
People posting negative reviews don't understand how HOAs work. We are owners of condos, townhomes & single family homes - NOT renters in an apartment complex. HOA board members make all decisions and direct Client Preference. Educate yourselves before buying in and read the governing documents you're provided at closing. Attend 1 or 2 HOA board meetings a year, where you can voice homeowner input instead of blasting a company that's had a positive impact on our community. PM (property managers) are hired to provide guidance to HOAs regarding the running and upkeep of properties. PMs claim they do not make the final decisions and those decisions are entirely up to the HOA. However, that does not mean the PMs are operating in the best interest of the HOAs or the homeowners. Read reviews before engaging with this company. They failed to coordinate our pool maintenance so our pool was closed most of the summer yet they still collected full dues. Our sidewalks were horribly grown over while we tried to sell our house. And, because we had a single family unit HOA agreement with them coupled with the townhomes nearby, we paid double the fees to them at our closing.
