I want to sincerely thank Nicole and Marlisa for going above and beyond. They were incredibly kind and helpful in making sure all of my paperwork was completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner. Their patience and professionalism meant so much to me, and I truly appreciate the effort they put in. I would rate their support a solid 10+!

It seems the clinic didn't take the time to pair me with a suitable / compatable / trained therapist. Mrs Ruffin was very kind but obviously not trained to deal with depression (clearly untrained) a skilled clinical therapist should ask thoughtful, targeted questions to gain deeper insight into a patient’s life, past, habits, and thought patterns....or so I would think! I suffer from Dissociative Identity Disorder, bipolar, severe anxiety, severe depression and PTSD. It's a lot to manage to say the least. Mrs. Asia is the first person I've ever spoken with who fully understands my disorders and how they affect me. It's helping me a lot having someone to talk to that I don't have to explain myself to. It has and continues to help me a lot.
