Horrible experience. I paid the retainer, but soon after my credit position changed and I wasn't sure how to proceed. I sent them an email asking one question on statue of limitations and never heard back. They ignored me for two months then told me that I had been placed on 60 day notice, which they never notified me about, and that my case had been closed. The assistant told me to bother someone else.
Paid the deposit and never heard from them again. Such a scam!! Hurts someone who is already in financial trouble, and had to scrape up the funds to pay the deposit. Was hoping for a fresh start to my situation, but just got ripped off!!
