We just moved in to our beautiful new home and it is all because of Colleen's expertise and hard work. It is not hyperbole when I say that Collen is a machine. Even after she was "off the clock" (which was after 11p on a Saturday night) she continued to research and send my wife and I property options. We were moving from out of state and were only in town for one weekend and, believe it or not, Colleen's sense of urgency exceeded ours. I highly recommend Colleen.
Visited a home posted by this company on Zillow & they didn't know anything about said home. Still put in an application because we liked it & immediately felt rushed & that it was about the money, the owner (Colleen) didn't even know the definition of "gross income." She also had an attitude when spoken too. Stay away.
Less than stellar. We went to look at a house and the agent knew NOTHING about it. She hadn't even been inside yet and was just as clueless as we were....and it's her job. We were then told to put in an application. After doing so we were informed someone else had applied first, but whoever could get them $900 first got the house. The manager also had no idea what gross income was and asked to see my boyfriend's bank info. Needless to say, we lost all interest and cut our $75/person loss.
The 4th of May I decided I would sell my home not knowing the cam real estate would sell it in 7 hours yes 7 hours my home was on the market at noon by 7 p.m. there were 20 calls the next morning I had a contract on the property and one backup offer and my closing was June 1st.
Colleen Mack is the consummate real estate professional! She really worked hard (well beyond business hours) to make sure we found the home that was perfect for us---even though we had such limited time on our hands. (We were also four states away!) Thanks so much Colleen! I don't know where we'd be without your help!
