My van came back worse then when it went in. Poor communication. Didn't fix one thing according to what we talked about. A complete night mare.
Small town dealership that's been doing business for 30 + years. Good people.
Have bought 2 vehicles from here. 20 years apart. Both lemons. Took second vehicle in for first oil change after purchase to find it had a cracked head. They also cleared codes to hide additional problems. They should take two weeks off then quit. Very disappointed!!
Clickners did do some work on the car and I do appreciate it.but understand that I'm a 7 month pregnant woman who has had problems with previous vehicles so I was a lot scared..although I don't appreciate being called super paranoided I am grateful for the things they have done.this was just a great learning experience for me BC even though the car is a bug as is car they didn't have to fix any of the things that they did so I am grateful for everything.
Clickners sold me a 2007 buick that they are they put new rogers wheel barrels amd brakes on but my machanic said that they were lying..I've taken the car back several tests amd they won't allow.me to sit amd wait on the car to be fixed.now I know why!!! The front tires sound like something is going to fall off of them and I havent been able to drive it since I got it back from from because the power steering hose is leaking and and has already been tampered with..the state helped me get the car amd now clickners won't answe... read more
