They sold a 76 year old Woman a used $40,000.00 dollar trailer. That a year and a half later still isn't fixed. It's had a water leak in the wall and every time you hook up water to it. It foods the inside of the trailer. They were supposed to fix a number of things and had to order parts. It took eight months to finally get the parts. The first time I took it camping. I paid off my toy hauler this past summer and have been ignored since September trying to get the difference back in GAP insurance. I should have known as the whole process was sketchy. If I had been able to find this model within any other state near MT I would have walked away. I purchased in March 2018, paid off this past July and still nothing. The worst! Buyer beware!!!

My fiance and I were in this weekend, to look, and possibly purchase a travel trailer. We had a pleasant experience browsing inventory and looking at all the possibilities. The saleswoman was helpful and patient, we had our 8-year-old and 5-year-old with us, and we finally found one we liked. Very pushy staff. Dishonest sales approach. Ex: We have another family looking at it and it will be gone tomorrow, but well save it and show them another one. Your trailer is not livable or fixable that you brought in!Well give you ****. for it. Changed date of sale, ripping up first paper I signed. Horrible experience with Clickit RV in **********. I was new to RV's and didn't do my proper research in regards to towing capacities of my truck. They took advantage with very dishonest sales tactics. They had everyone in the office try to convince me I can tow whatever. I unfortunately fell for their lies and I had signed to purchase a trailer they convinced me I could pull, but I quickly realized before we even picked it up that it was too heavy for my truck. I bought a brand new RV 6 weeks back from ClickItRV Moses lake and it’s my first RV. While the purchasing experience was supportive, as soon as the money changed hands, they wanted nothing to do with me, when I called in for any support. In my case I made a terrible mistake trusting them during the inspection process that they will send me the user manuals and it’s 6 weeks later and I still don’t have it - which means I can’t shut down my audio system down (user manual has the remote to shut down). We were sold a lemon and Daniel A***** declines to help us. We have double warranties and we are told we have to pay $400 for them to order parts. This is a buisness that sells you the cheapest camper at top dollar and once its off his lot, there is no coming back. We have sinking floors and broken amenities throughout our camper. We bought this camper brand new, but you would never think it. We have been appalled at the lack of care and concern the employees and owners have shown in this situation.
