Just rented a storage unit here . I'm disabled and so is my husband this gate better be fixed or we will cancel and go to a better place, no reason a person should have to hand crank a gate to get out.

Marione was a great help! Answered all my questions I needed but as of the storage units it’s self, you have to crank the gate open to be let out and was also told there would be a lock in the unit but wasn’t a lock which isn’t a big deal I can go get one. But to have to crank the gate open by hand every time you want to leave is a major kill to this place
Great location and excellent customer service! I highly recommend renting a store age unit from Click Storage!
