We pulled up to the gate and our code didn’t work. I called and spoke to Kim. She was very helpful. My auto pay had not been set up. She helped me do that over the phone and we are now in our storage unit. Thank you, Kim. We appreciate your help!

It is a very convenient boat RV storage facility located close to Highway 51. The customer service is exceptional. The unit units include electric hook ups to keep your batteries topped up. They just added updated security cameras, more lighting, and extra secure keypad entry to each building, including the gate, every customer has their own code so they know who’s coming and going.

Easy online access, and exceptional customer service. I was provided a follow up call after completing the application online, and Kim was extremely kind and explained everything in great detail. Highly recommended!

I’ve been a customer of Click Storage for some time now. Today I called their office and spoke with Kim. I needed to update my billing card. Kim was so knowledgeable, she had me updated in a couple of minutes. Thanks for the great service.
