Have never dealt with the company so unprofessional in my life. Have had them for a year have had multiple issues multiple times they do not come pool has turned green on me many times due to no service and they give excuses that go on and on. Now pool is green and cannot even get in contact with them sent emails text messages when you call phone says mailbox is full. I do not recommend. Go with a real professional company with experience.
Our pool was green when we first started using them. They quickly turned it around and all was good but then we started getting excuse after excuse about no shows. He finally admitted he was a one man show but being a small business owner myself, we decided to give him another shot. Absolutely blown away with how they handled my messed up pool. Never would I expect to receive such amazing customer service from a pool company, and my pool has never looked this good in the 6 years I've had it! It's been just under a year now continue to be surprised with the work, couldn't recommend them enough!

We were so impressed with the service when it started. Then we began getting excuses why they couldnt come on time. Finally, they took our May payment and never returned. Their phone number goes directly to voicemail, they do not respond to email, and their "office" is a rented storage unit. We used them based on positive reviews, their website and their now blank facebook. I'd give negative stars if it were possible.
