I've been using this service for several years. It's nice to have technicians familiar with your furnace and AC. Using the Click Club takes the stress and schedule remembering out of the mix because they notify you when its time to schedule. You get one comped visit per year and priority scheduling and discounted repair. Great idea and easy service. The technicians are nice, knowledgeable and prompt.
A/C not working. Response was same day as reported. Professional, reasonable and expert service always.
Everyone at Click is a top notch professional! We chose to go with Click because, of the 4 bids we got, Clint was the most interested in truly educating us on a new furnace & air conditioning unit and earning our business. Others just wanted to make a sale. We had a little wiring hiccup with the AC, but they worked diligently to rectify it. Everything is working great and we would highly recommend Click to anyone looking to update any part their HVAC!
