Whereas I have had outstanding service from IKEA Click and Collect at College Park, MD, and excellent in-store service at Woodbridge VA—my recent trip to Collect at Woodbridge was awful. To get there at the opening of my arrival window, I cut short a car mechanic’s service, and drove an hour. After logging in, I then waited over ninety minutes for the desk to be pulled from behind other racks.
