I booked an appointment with Shawn to diagnose my PC. He was very thorough with everything and helped find the issue. Unfortunately, my motherboard was completely fried. Shawn helped me finds the correct parts. Once we had everything, Shawn built everything and it was ready the very next day! Shawn is very detailed in his work and specific and he also answered any questions we had. I am so pleased with my PC and satisfied with everything I've learned as well!
Shawn is a true subject matter expert in the IT world. When I walked in and handed him my computer, he diagnosed my Dell Latitude within 10 minutes. He cleaned the screen and keyboard, the internals (air compressor to un-dust), identified the thermal paste melted, found a small staple inside the computer, and recovered all the memory from my computer after resetting the computer and replacing the thermal past. I think it was about two to three weeks ago. My computer will turn on but it would always go to the black screen, not in the login screen. I hired clickN and he fixed it. My graphics card was bad that's why it won't go to the login screen also I got a new graphics card from him included in the installation and repair. I brought my laptop to repair the charging port because it was damaged and would no longer take charge. He not only fixed it but gave me a upgraded drive and plit and organized my files. My computer was so sloww!!! Now it is running like it used to.. I will definitely be a returning customer and i recommend anyone needing anything fixed, hardware or software to give him a call. I was having problems with my gaming PC when it came to online gaming (laggy & stuttering) , my internet was not the problem.
