We originally bought 8 DASCO placemats from Bed, Bath & Beyond. They were awesome and about 6 months later purchased 4 more. Unfortunately, the 4 that we purchased had a defect so I decided to call the manufacturer, The CLI Group. I spoke to Susan, who was very polite and quite helpful.
