After having part of my front tooth chip off, the office filled it and said that if it chips again, they will fill it again. After my tooth was filled a third time and insurance would not cover a crown, the doctor decided to bring in a saw and simply cut off the bottom of my tooth. He did not ask if he could do this procedure or get my permission. Closed down the office including email and phone numbers with no notice. Waited 30 minutes for my appointment today that I took time off from work for. Nada. Horrible customer service. A note on the door or an email to current clients, or at the very least notify those with appointments.
Cant say anything about the Dentist as I never got past the waiting room. After expressing my experience with shotty dentists in the past, was assured I'd be taken care of here. Reviews here also gave me hope. Waiting half an hour to be seen while watching people arrive after me and get seen before me wasn't what I viewed as being taken care of, so I left. Dr. T is the best dentist I have ever met in Denver. I have knew him and Eddie ( his assistant) over 15 years and they kept my teeth healthy. I had a root canal on my molar 40 years ago and it got bad, needed to go. Dr.T pulled it out on this Thursday night around 6 pm. I was back to work on Friday morning and it felt like there was nothing happened to me. Amazing work! I live in Highlands Ranch, I drive all the way to see Dr.T. You know how bad the traffic is on I -25 during rush hours. Definitely worth it!
Fabulous experience with my implants had two done was practically painlesis as near as possible. This dentist Doctor T is so thorough and they have such modern technology and do an incrediblely superb job. The staff is also very personable. I highly recommend them to anyone. After missing a couple teeth from an accident it's nice to be able to smile again. Fabulous!!!'
