I ordered several times before and everything was ok but last time... I bought the watch 4th of April now it's 19th of June. I didn't receive my order. I wrote to clevertraining endless time. They answered me only my first message and suggested me to wait and monitor delivery by tracking number. I can’t write a claim to USPS because it's an international delivery and they only accept claims from senders. I have neither my order nor money. Think twice if you want to use clevertrainig.

Too bad, used to be a great spot for purchases and pre/post sales support/technical support. Now they don’t answer their phone or return email. Buyer beware!!!

I ordered a bike trainer on 3/6/2020 and paid for 3 - 5 days shipping. I have attempted to contact Clever Training in multiple occasions but no response. I am considering reaching out to my credit card provider to dispute the charge since they do not respond to any inquiries via phone, email or through their Facebook site. This was my first and last purchase from them I regrets not doing my due diligence before and reading all of these reviews about their way of doing business but lesson learned.

Ordered 2 shirts, waited 10 days and got email they dont have shirts. Refund was fast but still get emails telling me product is available
