Karls redid our wrap around deck and added a roof with a screened in porch over the back part. He went above and beyond to make our vision come true. Unlike other contractors, Karls will work with materials and design styles his customers like and he gives great advice on how to put your ideas into reality. I wanted to thank Karl and his team for the work they did on our master bath and closet. I am completely stunned at the transformation of the space. His recommendations and ideas are amazing. I can now honestly say, any hotel I stay at while traveling for business will be a let down. Listen to his thoughts and design ideas. He is truly in artist in what he does. It is all in the details…. Simply amazing.
Clever Home is the best!!!! We had a very tight timeline for our kitchen renovation and Karls did exactly as promised, and on budget! His team is so kind, considerate and talented! I enjoyed having them in our home and HIGHLY recommend. We used them for a bathroom remodel 4 years ago and will use them again!!!
Karls and his team have performed multiple projects at our home and we’ve been impressed with all the work that they’ve done! I don’t know if I would even think to use another contractor for home improvement projects since we’ve been so happy with their work
Karls and his team at Clever Home LLC were excellent. They gutted and remodeled my powder room and were very professional and did a great job.
