Good haircut, but wasn’t offered the hot towel or neck shave included. Seems like a small detail, but I chose to come here because of the extra service I thought I’d receive. No particular reason to return.

Went there to get a beard trim couple months back. Was going to see a barber I saw before but was assigned to a different one, because I missed my slot, fair enough. Guy named Sam seemed pretty friendly at first and I was like okay. He was doing a small talk, asked me where I am from etc. He straightened my beard with a brush and blow drier and got it pretty straight. So I asked him, how to do that. Good haircut, but more transparent pricing would be appreciated. List price is $44 but does not include credit card processing fees and taxes. There is no mention of these fees in the shop which I believe should be disclosed to customers. With those costs and tips total ends up being $56-60
