While I have no issue with the medical aspect of this practice, I do have issue with scheduling. I am placed on a schedule 3 months in advance and get a call that #1 I’ve been scheduled for the wrong provider #2 I can not been seen as they won’t be in office. Then I am unable to secure another appointment in over a month. Frustrated I let the scheduler know this is unacceptable, she informs me she can’t make someone be in the office if they aren’t scheduled.
